Returning your purchase is easy, simply call our customer service team on 0333 305 8200 and our advisors will guide you through the returns procedure. Once your item has been returned to us in a resalable condition, unused and in its original packaging, we will issue a refund for the goods within 5-7 days.
What to do when an item has arrived damaged? In the unlikely event you receive an item that has been damaged in transit, please email images to email@example.com with a brief overview or the problem along with your order number. We can then dispatch a new item or issue a refund for the goods supplied. We will also arrange for a carrier to collect the item from you and return it to us at no cost to you.
I have sent in an email, how long should it take to receive a reply? We aim to reply to all e-mails the same day if received before 16:30 Monday – Friday. Any queries received after this time will be replied to the following working day.
